Marry Me Tortellini (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb chicken breasts, thinly sliced.
02 - 9 oz cheese tortellini.
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
04 - 1 tablespoon butter.
05 - Salt and pepper to taste.
06 - 3 cloves garlic, minced.
07 - ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and sliced.
08 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
09 - ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional).
10 - 1 cup heavy cream.
11 - ½ cup chicken broth.
12 - ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated.
13 - Fresh basil or parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oil and butter in a large skillet.
02 - Cook chicken until golden, 4-5 minutes per side.
03 - Remove chicken and set aside.
04 - Sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes until fragrant.
05 - Add Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, heavy cream, chicken broth, and Parmesan cheese to the skillet.
06 - Simmer the sauce for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
07 - Cook tortellini according to the package instructions.
08 - Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the sauce.
09 - Add cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss gently.
10 - Garnish with fresh herbs and extra Parmesan before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Add more broth if sauce gets too thick.
02 - Can add spinach or kale for extra vegetables.
03 - Serve with crusty bread to soak up the sauce.
