09 - Vanilla ice cream

# Instructions:

01 - In a small bowl, stir to combine the melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt until well mixed.
02 - Add the flour and chocolate chips to the wet ingredient mixture and stir until everything is completely combined.
03 - Spoon the cookie batter into a coffee mug or ramekin, spreading it evenly in the container.
04 - Microwave for 50 seconds, or until the cookie is puffed up and just the slightest bit still wet in the center. The exact time may vary depending on your microwave's power.
05 - Allow the cookie to cool for a few minutes before enjoying. If desired, top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra special treat.

# Notes:

01 - Skip the added salt if using salted butter
02 - You can make everything directly in your mug or ramekin - melt the butter in it first, then add other ingredients
03 - Microwaves vary in power, so start with 45 seconds if yours runs hot
04 - The cookie will continue to cook slightly as it cools
