A creamy dessert salad mixing crisp apples with Snickers pieces in a sweet pudding base. This Midwest favorite is always the first to go at gatherings.

1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed.

4 large apples, chopped (about 6 cups).

4 Snickers candy bars (1.86 ounces each), cut into 1/2-inch pieces.

In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes.

Let pudding mixture stand about 2 minutes until soft-set.

Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping.

Add chopped apples and Snickers pieces.
