01 -
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef and diced onions. Cook until the beef is browned and no longer pink, then drain off the grease. Season with the onion powder, garlic powder, and chicken bouillon powder. Stir in the pasta sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes. Set aside.
02 -
In another skillet over low heat, melt the butter. Whisk in the heavy whipping cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Slowly add the Parmesan cheese in small handfuls, stirring well after each addition until the sauce is creamy and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then let the sauce cool slightly.
03 -
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spread a layer of meat sauce into a 7x11 inch baking dish. Arrange a layer of ravioli over the sauce, then spoon on a layer of the Parmesan cream sauce. Repeat the layering process one more time - meat sauce, ravioli, cream sauce. Finish with a final layer of meat sauce on top. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the entire dish.
04 -
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
05 -
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
06 -
Turn the oven to broil on high and broil for 2 to 3 minutes until the top is golden brown. Watch closely so it doesn't burn!
07 -
Let the casserole rest for a few minutes before serving. This Million Dollar Ravioli is so rich and delicious!
