Garlic Monkey Breads (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 18 frozen Rhodes dinner rolls, thawed (or 2 cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits, 7.5 oz each).
02 - 6 tbsp salted butter, melted.
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced.
04 - 2 tbsp dried parsley flakes.
05 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (plus 2 tbsp for topping).

# Instructions:

01 - Thaw frozen dinner rolls according to package directions or use canned biscuits. Cut each roll or biscuit into quarters.
02 - In a large bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley flakes, and 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese to make the garlic butter mixture.
03 - Add the dough pieces to the bowl and toss until each piece is well coated in the garlic butter mixture.
04 - Grease a 12-cup muffin tin. Place 6 coated dough pieces into each muffin cup, pressing them gently to fit.
05 - Sprinkle the remaining 2 tbsp of Parmesan cheese evenly over the tops of the dough in each muffin cup.
06 - Bake at 375°F for 12-14 minutes, or until the monkey breads are golden brown and cooked through.
07 - Serve warm as a side dish or snack. Enjoy the buttery, garlicky goodness!.
