14 - 1/2 cup ketchup
15 - 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
16 - 1 tablespoon mustard

→ For Assembly

17 - King's Hawaiian Original Sweet Slider Buns (16 buns)
18 - Mayonnaise or butter for toasting
19 - Optional toppings (cheese, lettuce, pickles, etc.)

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, egg, Italian breadcrumbs, ketchup, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika. Gently mix everything together with your hands - don't overwork the meat or the sliders will be dense and tough.
02 - Form the meatloaf mixture into 16 mini slider-sized patties. Place them on a wire rack set over a baking sheet - this helps them cook without sitting in grease.
03 - Mix together the ketchup, BBQ sauce, and mustard. Spread this sauce mixture over the top of each meatloaf patty.
04 - Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 to 35 minutes, or until the beef is fully cooked. Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer - it should reach at least 165 degrees.
05 - While the meatloaf patties are baking, spread mayo or butter on the insides of the Hawaiian slider buns. Toast them in a skillet until golden brown.
06 - Place the mini meatloaf patties on the toasted slider buns. Add any toppings you like - cheese, lettuce, pickles, whatever sounds good! Serve hot and enjoy these tasty little sliders!

# Notes:

01 - All ovens cook differently - check the internal temp with a meat thermometer after 30 minutes and cook longer if needed. The internal temp should be at least 165 degrees.
02 - Cooking the patties on a wire rack keeps them from sitting in grease, which makes them less greasy.
03 - Don't overwork the meat mixture as you're mixing and forming patties - this makes the sliders dense and tough.
04 - This recipe makes 16 mini meatloaf patties, so 2 per person for 8 servings.
05 - Hawaiian rolls are sweet and soft - perfect with savory meatloaf!
