Mini Pecan Tarts (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 package mini tart shells.
02 - 1 cup chocolate chips.
03 - ½ cup caramel sauce.
04 - ½ cup chopped pecans.
05 - ¼ cup whole pecans.
06 - ¼ cup butter, melted.
07 - ¼ cup brown sugar.
08 - ¼ tsp sea salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F.
02 - Melt the chocolate.
03 - Add a layer of melted chocolate to the mini tart shells.
04 - Top with a layer of caramel sauce.
05 - Mix chopped pecans, melted butter, and brown sugar together.
06 - Add the pecan mixture to each tart shell.
07 - Top the tarts with whole pecans and sprinkle with sea salt.
08 - Bake tarts for 10-12 minutes.
09 - Cool completely before serving.
