Mississippi Smokies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 28 ounces little smokies.
02 - 1/4 cup pepperoncini juice.
03 - 1 packet au jus gravy mix.
04 - 1 packet ranch seasoning.
05 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter.
06 - 6 pepperoncini peppers.

# Instructions:

01 - Put smokies in slow cooker. Add pepperoncini juice.
02 - Sprinkle au jus and ranch mixes over smokies.
03 - Add butter pieces and pepperoncini peppers.
04 - Cover and cook on low 2-3 hours until hot.
05 - Stir well before serving to mix sauce.

01 - Great make-ahead party appetizer.
02 - Can keep warm in slow cooker.
03 - Adjust spice level with peppers.
