M&M Christmas Cookie Dough Cheesecake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cookie Dough Base

01 - 120g butter, browned
02 - 40g granulated sugar
03 - 50g brown sugar
04 - 60g milk
05 - 150g all-purpose flour, toasted
06 - ½ tbsp milk powder (optional)
07 - 50g red & green M&M's

→ Cheesecake Filling

08 - 40g cornstarch
09 - 50g heavy whipping cream
10 - 450g cream cheese
11 - 3 eggs
12 - 150g granulated sugar
13 - 150g Greek yogurt

→ Topping

14 - 100g white chocolate
15 - 25g M&M's
16 - Fresh rosemary (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat butter until golden and nutty. Cool slightly.
02 - Toast flour and milk powder. Sift to remove lumps.
03 - Mix cooled butter, sugars, milk, flour, and M&M's. Chill ¾ of dough in pan.
04 - Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, cream, and eggs.
05 - Whisk cornstarch with yogurt, then fold into batter.
06 - Pour cheesecake batter over cookie dough base. Dot remaining dough on top. Bake at 175°C for 1 hour. Cool in the oven, then chill overnight.
07 - Melt white chocolate and drizzle over the chilled cheesecake. Garnish with M&M's and rosemary.
08 - Cut into slices and enjoy a festive, creamy dessert!
