01 -
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
02 -
Slice the whole package of Hawaiian rolls horizontally without separating them. Place the bottom halves of the rolls into the prepared baking pan.
03 -
Layer half of the Swiss cheese slices on the roll bottoms. Then add all of the ham slices, followed by all of the turkey slices. Top with the remaining Swiss cheese slices.
04 -
Place the top halves of the rolls on top of the cheese and meat layers.
05 -
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, egg, and black pepper until well combined.
06 -
Brush the egg wash mixture all over the tops and sides of the sliders.
07 -
Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden and toasted. If the buns start turning too brown, loosely cover them with tented aluminum foil - just tent it so it doesn't stick to the buns.
08 -
Once done baking, remove from the oven and sprinkle a little powdered sugar on top. Serve with jam or maple syrup on the side for dipping if desired. These Monte Cristo Sliders are perfect warm!
