Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits).
02 - 8 small cubes mozzarella cheese.
03 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted.
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon dried basil.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
09 - Grated Parmesan cheese for sprinkling.
10 - Fresh parsley for garnish (optional).
11 - Marinara sauce for dipping (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
02 - Take each biscuit and flatten it slightly with your hands.
03 - Put a mozzarella cube in the middle of each flattened biscuit.
04 - Wrap the dough around the cheese and pinch edges tight to seal.
05 - Mix melted butter with minced garlic, oregano, basil, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.
06 - Dip each cheese-stuffed biscuit in the garlic butter mix.
07 - Place on baking sheet and top with Parmesan cheese. Bake 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
08 - Let cool briefly, add parsley if you like, and serve warm with marinara.

# Notes:

01 - Keep the edges well sealed to stop cheese from leaking.
02 - For extra flavor, brush more butter on top right after baking.
03 - Serve these hot while the cheese is still gooey.
