Mozzarella Pepperoni Croissant Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 package crescent roll dough (8 rolls).
02 - 4 mozzarella cheese sticks, cut in half.
03 - 32 slices pepperoni.
04 - Italian seasoning for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F and line baking sheet with parchment.
02 - Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
03 - Put 4 pepperoni slices and half cheese stick on wide end of each triangle.
04 - Roll from wide end to tip, tucking sides to keep cheese inside.
05 - Sprinkle tops with Italian seasoning if using.
06 - Cook 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
07 - Let cool briefly before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
02 - Can add jalapeños or olives.
03 - Can freeze unbaked rolls for later.
