Mushroom Goat Cheese Tarts (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 10 puff pastry squares (4-inch).
02 - 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced.
03 - 1 shallot, finely chopped.
04 - 3 garlic cloves, minced.
05 - 1/3 cup parsley, chopped.
06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
07 - 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.
08 - 4 ounces goat cheese.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon each sage, thyme, rosemary.
10 - 1 egg for wash.
11 - 1/4 cup white wine.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400F. Arrange pastry squares on pans. Poke holes with fork.
02 - Sauté shallot and garlic in oil. Add mushrooms and herbs, cook 2 minutes. Add wine, cook 4-5 minutes more.
03 - Mix in cheeses and parsley until melted and combined.
04 - Top pastry with filling. Shape edges as desired. Brush pastry with egg wash.
05 - Cook 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

# Notes:

01 - Use frozen pre-cut pastry squares for convenience.
02 - Thaw pastry overnight in fridge.
