Nacho Fries (Print Version)

Crispy fries topped with seasoned ground beef, warm nacho cheese sauce, sliced jalapeños, and sour cream.

# Ingredients:

→ For the Base

01 - 1 bag frozen fries (or homemade fries)

→ For the Beef Topping

02 - 1/2 lb ground beef
03 - 1/4 cup chopped onion
04 - 1/2 cup diced tomatoes or salsa
05 - 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
06 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ For the Toppings

07 - 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
08 - 1/4 cup sour cream
09 - 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the frozen fries according to package directions until crispy and golden brown. You want them extra crispy so they hold up under all the toppings!
02 - While the fries are cooking, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and chopped onion, cooking until the beef is browned and the onions are soft.
03 - Add the taco seasoning and diced tomatoes or salsa to the beef. Stir well and let it simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
04 - Arrange the hot, crispy fries on a serving plate. Top with the beef mixture, then drizzle with warm nacho cheese sauce. Add the sliced jalapeños and drizzle with sour cream.
05 - Serve immediately while everything is hot and the cheese is melty. These are best eaten fresh!

# Notes:

01 - Make sure the fries are extra crispy - they need to hold up under all those delicious toppings!
02 - You can use homemade fries if you prefer, but frozen ones make this super quick and easy.
03 - Warm the nacho cheese sauce before drizzling for the best melty texture.
04 - These are perfect for game day, movie nights, or as a fun appetizer!
05 - Add extra toppings like diced tomatoes, green onions, guacamole, or black olives if you like.
