Microwave cream cheese for 10 seconds. Whisk with sugar and mint extract until like frosting, about 60 seconds.

Gradually mix in heavy cream, milk, and optional food coloring until sugar dissolves completely.

Pour into Ninja Creami pint container. Cover and freeze for 24 hours.

Place frozen pint in machine. Select ICE CREAM setting and process.

Make hole in center of ice cream. Add chocolate chips and run MIX-IN program.
