Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon cream cheese, softened.
02 - 1/3 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
04 - 3/4 cup heavy cream.
05 - 1 cup whole milk.
06 - 1 teaspoon mint extract.
07 - 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips.
08 - Green food coloring (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Microwave cream cheese for 10 seconds. Whisk with sugar and mint extract until like frosting, about 60 seconds.
02 - Gradually mix in heavy cream, milk, and optional food coloring until sugar dissolves completely.
03 - Pour into Ninja Creami pint container. Cover and freeze for 24 hours.
04 - Place frozen pint in machine. Select ICE CREAM setting and process.
05 - Make hole in center of ice cream. Add chocolate chips and run MIX-IN program.

01 - Cream cheese helps create smoother texture and prevent ice crystals.
02 - Mini chips distribute more evenly than regular chocolate chips.
