PB Pretzel Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup light corn syrup.
02 - 1 1/4 cup peanut butter.
03 - 1 cup sugar.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla.
05 - Dash of sea salt.
06 - 3 cups rice crispy cereal.
07 - 1 cup coarsely chopped pretzels.
08 - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips.
09 - Dash of sea salt for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine cereal and pretzels in large bowl.
03 - Heat peanut butter, sugar, and corn syrup until smooth.
04 - Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and salt.
05 - Add cereal and pretzels, toss until coated.
06 - Let mixture cool 3-5 minutes.
07 - Stir in chocolate chips before mixture sets.
08 - Scoop into cookies on prepared sheet.
