No-Bake Pecan Pie Balls

# Ingredients:

1 cup (240g) soft pitted dates.

1 cup (140g) raw pecans.

½ teaspoon sea salt.

½ teaspoon vanilla extract.
# Instructions:

Place all ingredients in food processor and mix until it forms thick, sticky dough.

If mixture is too dry, add warm water 1 teaspoon at a time until rollable.
03 -
Roll mixture into 12 bite-sized balls using your hands.

Use soft moist dates.
02 -
Soak dry dates in hot water first.
03 -
Keeps 2 weeks in fridge.
