No-Bake Pecan Pie Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup (240g) soft pitted dates.
02 - 1 cup (140g) raw pecans.
03 - ½ teaspoon sea salt.
04 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract.

# Instructions:

01 - Place all ingredients in food processor and mix until it forms thick, sticky dough.
02 - If mixture is too dry, add warm water 1 teaspoon at a time until rollable.
03 - Roll mixture into 12 bite-sized balls using your hands.

# Notes:

01 - Use soft moist dates.
02 - Soak dry dates in hot water first.
03 - Keeps 2 weeks in fridge.
