Chicken Gnocchi Soup (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded.
02 - 1 package fresh gnocchi.
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
04 - 2 tablespoons butter.
05 - 3 cloves garlic, minced.
06 - 1 onion, diced.
07 - 2 carrots, diced.
08 - 2 celery stalks, chopped.
09 - 2 cups fresh spinach.
10 - 4 cups chicken broth.
11 - 2 cups heavy cream.
12 - 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour.
13 - Salt and pepper to taste.
14 - Fresh parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oil and butter in a large pot.
02 - Sauté garlic, onions, carrots, and celery until soft.
03 - Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and stir to coat.
04 - Slowly add chicken broth while stirring.
05 - Add shredded chicken and bring to a simmer.
06 - Add gnocchi and cook until they float.
07 - Stir in heavy cream and fresh spinach.
08 - Simmer until spinach wilts.
09 - Season with salt and pepper and garnish with parsley before serving.
