Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper.

In a saucepan, combine butter, heavy cream, and sugar. Stir until the butter is melted and the mixture is well blended. Cook until it reaches 235°F (softball stage).

Stir in marshmallow cream and white chocolate chips until fully melted and smooth.

Transfer 1 cup of the mixture to a bowl. Add orange extract and food coloring to the remaining mixture in the pan.

Pour the orange mixture into the prepared pan. Drop dollops of the white mixture on top and gently swirl with a butter knife to create a marble pattern.

Refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
