Oreo Pancakes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1½ cups flour.
02 - 2 tbsp sugar.
03 - 1 tsp baking powder.
04 - ½ tsp baking soda.
05 - ¼ tsp salt.
06 - 1¼ cups milk.
07 - 1 egg.
08 - 2 tbsp butter, melted.
09 - 1 tsp vanilla.
10 - 15 Oreos (10 for batter, 5 for topping).
11 - ½ cup heavy cream.
12 - ¼ cup powdered sugar.
13 - Extra Oreos for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, and salt.
02 - Combine milk, egg, butter, and vanilla.
03 - Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
04 - Fold in 10 crushed Oreos into the batter.
05 - Cook pancakes on medium heat.
06 - Whip cream with sugar and vanilla.
07 - Fold 5 crushed Oreos into the whipped cream.
08 - Stack pancakes with cream layers in between.
09 - Top with extra Oreos for garnish.
