Banana Oat Breakfast Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 3 super ripe bananas
02 - 1/4 cup smooth natural peanut butter
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
04 - 1 1/4 cups quick cooking oats
05 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
07 - 1/2 cup chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease or line loaf pan with parchment.
02 - Mash bananas until smooth. Mix in peanut butter and vanilla.
03 - Mix in oats, salt, and baking powder. Fold in 1/3 cup chocolate chips.
04 - Pour into pan, top with remaining chips. Bake 25-30 minutes until knife comes out clean.
05 - Let cool before cutting into 6-8 pieces.
