Reese's Roll Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
02 - 1/4 cup cocoa powder.
03 - 1 teaspoon baking powder.
04 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
05 - 4 large eggs.
06 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
07 - 1/4 cup milk.
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
09 - 1 cup creamy peanut butter.
10 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
11 - 1/4 cup heavy cream.
12 - 1/2 cup mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, chopped.
13 - 1 cup chocolate ganache or frosting.
14 - Reese's Pieces for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Line 10x15 inch jelly roll pan with parchment.
03 - Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
04 - Beat eggs and sugar for 5 minutes until pale.
05 - Add milk and vanilla, then fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
06 - Spread in pan and bake for 10-12 minutes.
07 - Roll the warm cake in a powdered sugar-dusted towel and let it cool completely.
08 - Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and cream together.
09 - Unroll the cake, spread the peanut butter filling, sprinkle chopped Reese's cups, and re-roll cake firmly.
10 - Top the roll with chocolate ganache and garnish with Reese's Pieces.
