# Ingredients:

01 - 1 sheet refrigerated pie crust.
02 - 1/4 cup packed brown sugar.
03 - 1/4 cup corn syrup.
04 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted.
05 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
06 - 1 large egg.
07 - 1/2 cup chopped pecans.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
02 - Roll out pie crust and cut into circles to fit muffin tin cups.
03 - In a bowl, whisk together brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, and egg.
04 - Stir in chopped pecans.
05 - Spoon mixture into each pie crust, filling about 3/4 full.
06 - Bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden and set.
07 - Let cool and serve!.
