Pecan Pie Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 box brownie mix.
02 - 3 tablespoons water.
03 - 1/2 cup vegetable oil.
04 - 2 eggs.
05 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
06 - 1 1/2 cups light corn syrup.
07 - 4 eggs.
08 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter.
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
10 - 3 cups whole pecans.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F.
02 - Mix brownie batter according to package with water, oil, and eggs.
03 - Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake 25 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
04 - Whisk sugar, corn syrup, eggs, butter, and vanilla in saucepan over medium heat for 10-15 minutes until thick.
05 - Remove from heat, stir in pecans.
06 - Pour pecan mixture over brownies.
07 - Bake again 25 minutes until topping bubbles slightly.
08 - Cool completely before cutting.

01 - Cool brownies before adding topping.
02 - Topping should be thick like jelly.
03 - Let cool fully for clean cuts.
04 - Keeps 3-4 days at room temp.
05 - Can freeze up to 3 months.
