# Ingredients:

→ For the Bars

01 - 1 box chocolate cake mix
02 - 2 eggs
03 - 1/2 cup vegetable oil
04 - 24 Peeps marshmallow candies
05 - 2 cups M & M's (Easter colors if possible)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13 baking pan with aluminum foil and lightly grease with cooking spray. Set aside.
02 - In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Mix until well combined. Note that the mixture will be thick - this is normal.
03 - Press the cake mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan, creating an even layer.
04 - Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes.
05 - While the cake is baking, chop the Peeps into small pieces.
06 - After the initial 12 minutes of baking, remove the pan from the oven. Quickly sprinkle the chopped Peeps evenly over the hot cake layer.
07 - Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 5-6 minutes, or until the marshmallows are just starting to toast and melt.
08 - Remove the pan from the oven and immediately sprinkle the M&M's over the melted marshmallow layer.
09 - Allow the bars to cool completely. Once cooled, use a sharp knife to cut into desired size pieces.
10 - Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
