# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - Vegetable oil for deep frying
02 - 1 tube (12 oz) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
03 - 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
04 - 1 cup chopped cooked steak pieces
05 - 5 oz sharp white cheddar, cut into 10 chunks
06 - 5 strips thick-cut bacon

# Instructions:

01 - Pour oil into a heavy pot until it reaches 2 inches deep. Heat to 375°F using a thermometer to monitor temperature.
02 - Fry bacon strips in a skillet until crispy. Drain on paper towels, then crumble into small pieces.
03 - Mix together the chopped steak, diced onion, and crumbled bacon in a bowl.
04 - Flatten each biscuit into a circle. Place a spoonful of steak mixture and one cheese cube in the center. Wrap the dough around the filling and pinch edges to seal completely.
05 - Carefully drop sealed bombs into hot oil. Fry for 3-4 minutes until deep golden brown all over. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure oil temperature stays consistent for even cooking
02 - Seal the dough edges tightly to prevent filling from leaking out
03 - Serve immediately while hot and cheese is still melty
