Philly Cheesesteak Pasta Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 pound lean ground beef (90/10)
02 - 1 (16 ounce) box rotini pasta
03 - 1 (10.5 ounce) can Campbell's French Onion Soup

→ Cheese

04 - 3 cups shredded mozzarella
05 - 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

→ Vegetables

06 - 1 medium yellow onion, diced small
07 - 1 medium green pepper, diced small
08 - 2 cups mushrooms, diced small (optional)
09 - 2 tablespoons butter

→ Seasonings

10 - ¼ teaspoon paprika
11 - ½ tablespoon onion powder
12 - ½ tablespoon garlic powder
13 - ½ teaspoon celery salt
14 - 1 tablespoon dried parsley
15 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire or soy sauce
16 - Black pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Sauté butter, onions, peppers and mushrooms until soft and golden, about 10-15 minutes. Add Worcestershire and seasonings
02 - Add ground beef and cook until finely crumbled. Drain if needed
03 - Add soup and simmer. Stir in cubed cream cheese until melted and smooth
04 - Add cooked pasta and parsley. Toss to coat
05 - Turn off heat, stir in mozzarella. Optional: broil to melt cheese on top

# Notes:

01 - Let rest 10 minutes before serving to set sauce
02 - Makes good leftovers
03 - Use lean beef to avoid draining
