12 - Salt and black pepper to taste

→ Pizza Assembly

13 - 5-6 tablespoons Alfredo sauce
14 - 6-8 slices provolone cheese
15 - Sprinkle of paprika

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, garlic salt, sugar, and yeast. Slowly add lukewarm water while mixing until a dough forms. Knead by hand for 1 minute until smooth.
02 - Form dough into a ball. Spread 1 tablespoon olive oil in a separate bowl, transfer dough to oiled bowl, and cover with a paper towel. Let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
03 - Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add steak strips, minced garlic, diced onions, and bell peppers. Cook, stirring frequently, until steak is well-done and vegetables are golden and tender.
04 - Add Worcestershire sauce to the steak and vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Continue cooking for 2-3 more minutes until flavors meld. Remove from heat.
05 - Preheat oven to 450°F. Roll out the risen pizza dough on a greased pizza pan or baking sheet to your desired thickness.
06 - Spread Alfredo sauce evenly over the pizza dough surface. Layer half of the provolone cheese slices over the sauce.
07 - Distribute the cooked steak and vegetable mixture evenly over the cheese. Top with remaining provolone cheese slices.
08 - Sprinkle the entire pizza with paprika. Bake for 12-14 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
09 - Remove from oven and let cool for 2-3 minutes before slicing. Cut into 8 pieces and serve hot while the cheese is still gooey.

# Notes:

01 - Use ribeye or flank steak for the most tender results
02 - Make sure yeast is fresh for best dough rising
03 - For crispier crust, use a pizza stone with cornmeal
04 - You can substitute store-bought pizza dough to save time
