01 -
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, onion, bell pepper, and garlic until the beef is browned and crumbly. Drain and return the mixture to the skillet. Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
02 -
Unroll the pizza dough onto a large greased rimmed baking sheet, pressing it into a large rectangle. Sprinkle with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Evenly top with the beef mixture, leaving a 1-inch border on all sides. Sprinkle with another 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and drizzle with ¼ cup of Parmesan-peppercorn dressing.
03 -
Starting at one long side, tightly roll up the dough. Pinch the edges to seal and arrange seam-side down on the baking sheet. Make slits in the dough at 1-inch intervals.
04 -
Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the stromboli is deep golden brown. Let it stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with the remaining Parmesan-peppercorn dressing for dipping.
