Philly Cheesesteak Tortellini Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon olive oil.
02 - 4 slices Philly sirloin steak.
03 - 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced.
04 - ½ yellow onion, finely diced.
05 - 2 teaspoons steak seasoning.
06 - 19 ounces refrigerated cheese tortellini.
07 - 1 pint half and half.
08 - 1 cup shredded provolone cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Slice steak thinly and cut vegetables.
02 - Sauté steak, peppers and onions with seasoning until cooked through.
03 - Add tortellini and half and half. Boil then simmer covered 10 minutes.
04 - Top with provolone, cover until melted.

# Notes:

01 - Stir occasionally while simmering.
02 - Serve immediately when cheese melts.
03 - Keep heat moderate to prevent sauce breaking.
