Pineapple Cheese Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup white sugar.
02 - 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour.
03 - 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar.
04 - 2 cans (20 oz each) pineapple chunks, drained.
05 - 6 tablespoons pineapple juice (reserved).
06 - 1 cup crushed butter crackers.
07 - 8 tablespoons melted butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Grease casserole dish.
02 - Combine sugar, flour and cheese. Stir in drained pineapple.
03 - Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and reserved juice.
04 - Pour pineapple mix in dish. Top with crumb mixture.
05 - Bake 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
