Pink Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Strawberry Crunch Crust

01 - 20 Golden Oreos, crushed
02 - 3 tbsp melted butter
03 - 2 tbsp strawberry Jell-O powder

→ Cheesecake Filling

04 - 24 oz (3 blocks) cream cheese, softened
05 - ¾ cup granulated sugar
06 - 2 large eggs
07 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
08 - ½ cup sour cream
09 - 1 tbsp strawberry extract (for flavor boost)
10 - ½ cup fresh strawberry purée (optional, for color & flavor)

→ Pink Strawberry Glaze

11 - 1 cup powdered sugar
12 - 2 tbsp milk
13 - 1 tsp strawberry extract
14 - 1 drop pink food coloring (optional)

→ Whipped Cream Topping

15 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream
16 - ¼ cup powdered sugar
17 - 1 tsp vanilla extract

→ Crunch Topping

18 - ½ cup crushed Golden Oreos
19 - 1 tbsp melted butter
20 - 1 tbsp strawberry Jell-O powder

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix crushed Golden Oreos, melted butter, and Jell-O powder until crumbly. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
02 - Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each. Stir in vanilla extract, sour cream, and strawberry extract. If using, fold in fresh strawberry purée for extra flavor.
03 - Pour batter over the cooled crust. Wrap the pan in foil and place in a water bath. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
04 - Let cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
05 - Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, strawberry extract, and pink food coloring until smooth. Drizzle over the chilled cheesecake.
06 - Mix crushed Golden Oreos, melted butter, and strawberry Jell-O powder until crumbly. Sprinkle over the top of the cake.
07 - Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Pipe decorative swirls around the cheesecake.
08 - Slice and serve chilled. Keep refrigerated.
