Pistachio Pudding Sugar Cookie Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup butter, softened.
02 - 2 large eggs.
03 - 3.4 ounces pistachio instant pudding mix.
04 - 17.5 ounces Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F.
02 - Cream butter, eggs and pudding mix until smooth with electric mixer.
03 - Add cookie mix and blend until sticky dough forms.
04 - Spread dough evenly in greased 10x15 inch baking sheet.
05 - Bake 10-12 minutes until edges are brown and top starts browning. Cool before cutting.
