Pizza Burritos (Print Version)

Flour tortillas filled with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni, folded like burritos, brushed with garlic butter, topped with Parmesan, baked or air fried until golden.

# Ingredients:

→ For the Pizza Burritos

01 - 5 flour tortillas (soft taco size)
02 - 1 cup pizza sauce
03 - 1+ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 30+ pepperoni slices (or toppings of your choice)

→ For the Garlic Butter Coating

05 - 3 tablespoons butter, melted
06 - 1/3 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
08 - Pinch of salt

→ For Topping

09 - Shredded Parmesan cheese
10 - Extra pizza sauce or ranch dressing for dipping (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - If baking in the oven, preheat to 375 degrees.
02 - Load each tortilla with pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella, and pepperoni (or any toppings you like). Don't overstuff them - leave some empty space around the edges so you can fold them easily.
03 - Fold each loaded tortilla just like a burrito - first fold in the two sides, then roll up tightly from the bottom. Place them seam-side down on a baking sheet or in your air fryer basket so they don't unroll.
04 - In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt. Generously brush this mixture all over each burrito.
05 - Sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese over the top of each butter-coated burrito.
06 - For oven: Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown and crispy. For air fryer: Cook at 375 degrees for 7+ minutes, keeping an eye on them so they don't burn.
07 - Let the pizza burritos cool for about 5 minutes - the filling will be very hot! Serve on their own or with extra pizza sauce or ranch dressing for dipping. These are so fun and delicious!

# Notes:

01 - Don't overstuff the tortillas or they'll be hard to fold and might burst open while cooking.
02 - Placing them seam-side down is important - it keeps them from unrolling during baking.
03 - You can customize with any pizza toppings you like - try sausage, mushrooms, bell peppers, or olives.
04 - The garlic butter coating makes these extra crispy and flavorful - don't skip it!
05 - Air frying takes less time than oven baking and makes them extra crispy.
06 - These are perfect for busy weeknights - quick to make and kids love them!
07 - Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for best results.
