                In a bowl, mix together the softened butter, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper to create the butter mixture.

                Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a muffin tin or individual foil muffin cups with cooking spray.

                Place a biscuit in each muffin tin and press it gently to cover the bottom and sides. Use a fork to prick the bottoms and sides of the biscuits.

                Brush the inside of each biscuit with the prepared butter mixture, then spread about 1/2 teaspoon of pizza sauce over the bottom.

                Add 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese and 1/2 tablespoon of chopped pepperoni. Repeat the layers with more cheese and pepperoni.

                Sprinkle the top of each pot pie with a pinch of Italian seasoning, if desired.

                Bake in the preheated oven for 20-23 minutes, or until the biscuit edges are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

                Carefully remove the pizza pot pies from the tins, arrange them on a platter, and serve warm.
