Pizza Pot Pies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 Refrigerated Biscuits (16 oz package).
02 - Cooking Spray or Oil (to grease tins).
03 - 1 tbsp Butter (softened).
04 - 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil.
05 - 1/4 tsp Salt.
06 - 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder.
07 - 1/4 tsp Italian Seasoning (plus extra for topping).
08 - Pinch of Black Pepper.
09 - 1/4 cup Pasta or Pizza Sauce.
10 - 3 oz Pepperoni (chopped).
11 - 7-8 oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, mix together the softened butter, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper to create the butter mixture.
02 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a muffin tin or individual foil muffin cups with cooking spray.
03 - Place a biscuit in each muffin tin and press it gently to cover the bottom and sides. Use a fork to prick the bottoms and sides of the biscuits.
04 - Brush the inside of each biscuit with the prepared butter mixture, then spread about 1/2 teaspoon of pizza sauce over the bottom.
05 - Add 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese and 1/2 tablespoon of chopped pepperoni. Repeat the layers with more cheese and pepperoni.
06 - Sprinkle the top of each pot pie with a pinch of Italian seasoning, if desired.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20-23 minutes, or until the biscuit edges are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
08 - Carefully remove the pizza pot pies from the tins, arrange them on a platter, and serve warm.
