Pizza Puffs – Little Caesars Copycat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Garlic Butter

01 - ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
02 - 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
03 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
04 - ¼ cup grated parmesan
05 - ½ teaspoon salt, or to taste
06 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
07 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano

→ For Assembly

08 - 1 pound pizza dough
09 - 1 cup marinara sauce
10 - 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
11 - 8 ounces turkey pepperoni
12 - Italian seasoning

# Instructions:

01 - In a small bowl, mix butter with parsley, garlic, parmesan, salt, black pepper, and oregano. Set aside.
02 - Brush a cupcake tin with the garlic butter in each cup.
03 - Divide the dough into equal pieces, about the size of a ping pong ball or slightly smaller.
04 - Place each dough ball into each cupcake, cover tightly, and place in a warm place to proof until double in size.
05 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Once double in size, punch down the center and press the edges up to form a cup shape. Brush the inside of each cup with more garlic butter.
06 - To each cup, add marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, two pieces of pepperoni, more marinara, one pepperoni, and cover the top with more cheese. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
07 - Pop in the oven to bake for 15 minutes until golden and bubbly on top.
08 - Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before enjoying with ranch!
