Pretzel Cowboy Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef.
02 - 1/2 yellow onion, diced.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic.
04 - 1 tablespoon hamburger seasoning.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt.
07 - 1 package (9 count) pretzel slider buns.
08 - 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and sliced.
09 - 6 slices thick-cut bacon, crumbled.
10 - 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded.
11 - 1 cup crispy fried onions.
12 - 1 recipe cowboy butter, divided.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray.
02 - Cook beef with onion, garlic and seasonings 8-10 minutes until no longer pink. Drain excess grease.
03 - Split buns and place bottoms in dish. Brush with cowboy butter. Layer beef, jalapeños, bacon, cheese and onions. Add top buns.
04 - Brush tops with butter. Cover and bake 15 minutes, then uncovered 3-5 minutes until golden. Serve with remaining butter.

# Notes:

01 - Make cowboy butter without lemon juice for this recipe.
02 - Can prepare ahead and bake later.
