Heat oven to 400°F.

Roll each pastry sheet into a square and cut into 4 squares each.

Place squares on parchment-lined baking sheets. Poke holes in center with fork.

Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with salt.

Place ham on pastry squares.

Sprinkle cheese in a circle, leaving center space for egg.

Bake 10-15 minutes until edges start puffing.

Make a small well in center with back of spoon.

Crack an egg into each well. Season eggs with salt and pepper.

Bake another 10-15 minutes until whites set.

Garnish with chives and serve hot.
