Begin by preheating the oven to 350°F and make sure to grease your donut pan.

Combine all the dry components using a whisk in a large mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, stir together the pumpkin pie puree, melted butter (or coconut oil), and milk (or almond milk).

Blend the wet mixture into the dry ingredients gently until just mixed, then transfer the batter to the prepared donut pan.

Allow donuts to bake for 10 to 11 minutes. Once done, set them aside to cool briefly before taking them out of the pan.

Submerge each donut in melted butter and follow by rolling it in a blend of cinnamon and sugar until completely coated.
