Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper and lightly spray it with non-stick spray.

In a large pot, melt the margarine over medium heat until fully liquefied.

Add the mini marshmallows and stir continuously until completely melted and smooth. Be careful not to overheat.

Remove the pot from heat and stir in the Fruit Loops cereal until evenly coated.

Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and press down firmly with greased parchment paper to set.

Allow the mixture to cool completely before slicing into bars.
