Easy Ramen Noodle Stir-Fry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 packs instant ramen noodles (seasoning packets discarded)
02 - ½ cup cooked chicken or tofu, cubed

→ Vegetables

03 - ½ cup carrots, julienned
04 - ½ cup snap peas
05 - ½ cup bell peppers, julienned

→ Sauce & Oils

06 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
07 - 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
08 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
09 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

# Instructions:

01 - Prepare ramen noodles according to package directions, discarding seasoning packets. Drain and set aside
02 - Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add carrots, snap peas, and bell peppers, cooking for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp
03 - Add chicken or tofu, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Stir to combine
04 - Add the cooked noodles and toss everything together until well coated with sauce
