# Ingredients:

5 cups fresh raspberries.

1 cup water.

1 1/2 cups sugar.

1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

2 tablespoons lime juice.
# Instructions:

Blend raspberries and water until smooth.

Press through strainer to remove seeds.

Add sugar, vanilla and lime juice. Whisk until dissolved.

Churn in ice cream maker, then freeze until firm.

Keeps one month frozen.
