Raspberry Sorbet (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 5 cups fresh raspberries.
02 - 1 cup water.
03 - 1 1/2 cups sugar.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
05 - 2 tablespoons lime juice.

# Instructions:

01 - Blend raspberries and water until smooth.
02 - Press through strainer to remove seeds.
03 - Add sugar, vanilla and lime juice. Whisk until dissolved.
04 - Churn in ice cream maker, then freeze until firm.

# Notes:

01 - Keeps one month frozen.
02 - Can serve soft or firm.
