→ For Chocolate Ganache (Optional)

06 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
07 - 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Pour chocolate syrup or prepared chocolate ganache into a shallow dish. Dip the rim of your shot glass into the chocolate to coat it evenly. Set it aside and let the chocolate set slightly.
02 - In the shot glass, pour equal parts of the whole milk, coffee liqueur, and Skrewball peanut butter whiskey - about 1/2 ounce of each.
03 - Place a Reese's Mini peanut butter cup on a toothpick and use it to garnish the rim of the shot glass.
04 - Serve the shot immediately to enjoy that creamy chocolate-peanut butter flavor with a hint of whiskey!

# Notes:

01 - To make chocolate ganache, pour 1/2 cup of simmering heavy cream over 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips. Let it sit for 2 to 3 minutes, then whisk until smooth.
02 - For a crowd, mix equal parts milk, coffee liqueur, and Skrewball in a cocktail shaker and pour into rimmed shot glasses as needed.
03 - The coffee flavor is subtle and doesn't overpower the peanut butter and chocolate.
04 - These shots are best enjoyed right after you make them for the best taste and texture.
