Roasted Russet Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 medium russet potatoes.
02 - 3 tablespoons olive oil.
03 - 1 teaspoon salt.
04 - 1 teaspoon black pepper.
05 - 1 teaspoon rosemary.
06 - 1½ teaspoons fresh parsley, finely chopped.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
02 - Cut potatoes into 1½-inch pieces.
03 - Toss potato pieces with oil, rosemary, salt and pepper until evenly coated.
04 - Spread seasoned potatoes in a coated baking dish.
05 - Cook for 30-35 minutes until tender, turning halfway through.
06 - Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
