Preheat oven to 180°C. Halve pears lengthwise leaving stems intact.

Hollow out core in each half. Place cut-side up in baking dish.

Sprinkle with brown sugar, cover with foil, bake 30 minutes until tender.

Mix blue cheese, honey and walnuts in a small bowl.

Fill pear hollows with cheese mixture. Bake uncovered 10-12 minutes until cheese melts.
