Roasted Zucchini and Squash (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound zucchini, sliced 1/2 inch thick.
02 - 1 pound yellow squash, sliced 1/2 inch thick.
03 - 3 tablespoons olive oil.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 425°F. Line large baking sheet with parchment or spray with cooking spray.
02 - Toss sliced vegetables with oil and seasonings in large bowl until well coated.
03 - Spread vegetables in single layer on prepared baking sheet.
04 - Bake 10-12 minutes until tender. Optional: broil 3-6 minutes for more browning.

# Notes:

01 - Cut vegetables in uniform thickness for even cooking.
02 - Best served fresh from the oven.
