Air Fryer Salmon Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each).
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
03 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice.
04 - ½ teaspoon minced garlic.
05 - ½ teaspoon paprika.
06 - ¼ teaspoon kosher salt.
07 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper.
08 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter.
09 - ¼ cup heavy cream.
10 - 2 tablespoons minced garlic for sauce.
11 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley.
12 - ¼ teaspoon kosher salt for sauce.
13 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper for sauce.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat air fryer to 390°F and spray basket with cooking spray.
02 - Pat salmon dry and cut into 1-inch squares.
03 - Mix oil, lime juice, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper, then coat salmon pieces.
04 - Air fry in single layer for 4-5 minutes per side until 140-145°F.
05 - Heat butter, cream, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper until combined, about 4-5 minutes.
06 - Pour sauce over salmon bites and serve over potatoes or rice.

# Notes:

01 - Cook salmon in batches for best results.
02 - Pat salmon dry before seasoning.
03 - Don't overcrowd air fryer basket.
