Sausage Cheese Rotel Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound uncooked sausage.
02 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature.
03 - 10 ounces Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained.
04 - 1.5 cups Bisquick mix.
05 - 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F.
02 - In a large bowl, combine sausage, cream cheese, drained Rotel tomatoes, Bisquick, and Mexican cheese. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
03 - Roll mixture into 1-inch balls.
04 - Place balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes until bottoms are golden brown.
