Sheet Pan Pizza + Quick Homemade Dough (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Quick Pizza Dough

01 - 2¼ cups all-purpose flour, plus more for kneading
02 - 1 tablespoon sugar
03 - 1 tablespoon instant yeast
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
06 - 1 cup warm water (110-115°F)

→ Pizza Toppings

07 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
08 - ⅔ cup pizza sauce
09 - 2 cups mozzarella cheese
10 - 5 ounces pepperoni
11 - ¼ cup parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add oil and water. Mix until shaggy ball forms
02 - Use stand mixer with dough hook 3 minutes or knead by hand 5 minutes. Let rise 15 minutes
03 - Preheat oven to 450°F. Oil 18x13-inch sheet pan thoroughly
04 - Spread dough to ⅛ inch thickness. Top with sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni
05 - Bake 10-12 minutes until cheese melts and crust is golden. Cool 5 minutes and top with parmesan

02 - Thaw frozen dough in fridge 9 hours ahead
