12 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
13 - ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
14 - 1 cup heavy cream
15 - 1 tablespoon butter
16 - ½ teaspoon paprika
17 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
18 - Pinch of salt

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the fries according to package directions and spread them out on a large serving plate. Arrange the tortilla chips around the edges.
02 - Brown the ground beef in a pan over medium heat. Season it with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Once cooked through, set it aside.
03 - Using the same pan, melt the butter and add the shrimp. Sauté them until they turn pink and are cooked through, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
04 - In a saucepan, melt the butter with the heavy cream over medium heat. Add both cheeses along with the paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Stir continuously until the cheese melts completely and the sauce is smooth.
05 - Layer the cooked beef over the fries and chips. Add the shrimp on top, then sprinkle with the diced tomato.
06 - Pour the hot cheese sauce generously over everything. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately while hot.

02 - You can use frozen fries or make your own from scratch
03 - Feel free to add jalapeños or hot sauce for extra kick
04 - Great for game day or casual gatherings
